อาหารเสริม แอสต้าแทนซิน(Astaxanthin) คืออะไรมีประโยชน์อย่างไร
แอสต้าแทนซิน (Astaxanthin) นั้นเป็นสารต้านอนุมูลอิสระตัวใหม่ที่เพิ่งรู้จักกันได้ไม่นานนักค่ะ โดยเฉพาะในเมืองไทย จะมีลักษณะเป็นสารสีแดง โดยเจ้าตัวสารนั้นจะ สกัดจากสาหร่าย Microalgae Haematococus Pluvialis และสารนี้ยังพบในปลาแซลมอน เปลือกกุ้ง หรือกระดองของสัตว์ทะเลต่างๆ เช่นกันค่ะ ซึ่งร่างกายของเราน้ัน ไม่สามารถที่จะสร้างสารชนิดนี้ได้เอง แต่ว่า เราจะได้รับสารนี้จากอาหารที่รับประทานเข้าไปเท่านั้นนะค่ะ ซึ่งมีปริมาณที่น้อยมากค่ะ ส่วนอาหารที่มี Astaxanthin อาทิเช่น ปลาแซลมอนขนาด 200 กรัม ซึ่งจะมีแอสตาแซนธิน เพียง 1 มิลลิกรัม เท่านั้นเองค่ะ
แอสตาแซนธิน (Astaxanthin) เป็นสารสีส้มแดงในกลุ่มแคโรทีนอยด์ แต่มีข้อแตกต่างจากสารในกลุ่มแคโรทีนอยด์คือ แอสตาแซนธินไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนให้เป็นวิตามินเอได้แอสตาแซนธิน (Astaxanthin) พบมากใน สาหร่ายขนาดเล็ก เช่น Haematococus pluvialis ยีสต์ ปลาแซลมอน จากทะเลเท่านั้น (หากเป็นแซลมอนเลี้ยงจะไม่มี แอสตาแซนธิน (Astaxanthin) เพราะปลาสร้างเองไม่ได้ ต้องได้รับจากสาหร่อยอีกทอดหนึ่ง) กุ้ง ปู แอสตาแซนธิน (Astaxanthin) ที่สกัดจากธรรมชาติเป็นสารที่ปลอดภัยโดยการรับรองจาก GRAS, USFDA แต่ต้องมาจากธรรมชาติเท่านั้น ส่วนแอสตาแซนธิน (Astaxanthin) สังเคราะห์ ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้ในอาหาร

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Other Ingredients
Sunflower seed oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin. Contains naturally occurring carotenoids including, lutein, canthaxanthin and beta carotene.
